The Nigeria senior men's Basketball team, D'Tigers have won its second straight game at the ongoing 2017 FIBA Afrobasket Championship in Tunisia, winning 90-67, against Mali.
D'Tigers are currently leading their group and had an impressive performance against the Malians, as they ended the first quarter with a 20-16 points lead.
The performance also boosted their confidence in the second quarter which helped them to score 19-17 points against their opponent and finished the first half with 39-33 points.
The Malians came out stronger in the third quarter, but could not stop the Nigerians who dominated the quarter and went into the last quarter with another impressive performance to end the game with 90-67 victory.
The Nigerian men who are the defending champions, started their campaign at the competition, on Friday with a tough game against Ivory Coast, which they won 78-77.
D'Tigers will now face Democratic Republic of Congo, in Rades, Tunisia today.
