He added that a lot of effort had been made and Strategic planning is on-going among the various Committees that have been put in place to ensure the success of the Game that has been moribund for many years in the State.

He said, “GATIG is not new to us in Ogun State , but we are only trying to re- branding it in a more befitting , acceptable, colourful and classic ways in line with our Ogun standard, because we have everything that it takes to host the game in Ogun State this year with our goals to give more youths across the Tertiary Institutions in the State opportunities to display their various sporting skills that will help our State to discover more talents for national festival games.”
