The 2018 Ogun state
pre-season tournament will kick-off tomorrow (Thursday) at the Gateway
International Stadium, Ilaro and Dipo Dina International Stadium in Ijebu-Ode.
A total of 12 clubs
will participate in the competition that will end on the 24th of February,
2018.
The clubs have been
divided into two groups, with group A having IBD football club(FC) of Ilaro, Gateway
United football club of Abeokuta, Mosinmi football club of Sagamu, JCTC
football club of Abeokuta, Sagamu Rovers football club of Sagamu, Juvenile
football club of Ilaro.
Teams in group B are
Dominion Pacers football club of Ikenne, Almar football club of Ijebu-Ode,
Nordic football club of Ikenne, Remo Stars football club of Ikenne (Junior)
Ebedei Football club of Sagamu and Crown football club of Ogbomoso.
In the first match of
group A, IBD FC will lock horns with JCTC by 10am, followed by the match
between Gateway FC and Sagamu Rovers at 1pm, while the third match of the group
between Mosinmi FC and Juvenile FC will start by 3pm.
In group B, the first match
will be between Dominion Pacers and Remo Junior by 10am, followed by the match
between Ebedei FC and Almar FC by 1pm, while the last match of the group which
will kick-off by 3pm is between Nordic FC and Crown FC.
