The Chipolopolo of Zambia have kicked off their preparation for the October 7 World Cup qualifier against the Super Eagles of Nigeria billed for the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
A video posted on the official Facebook handle of the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ), indicates that 21 locally-based players took part in Chipolopolo’s first session at Nkoloma Stadium on Monday.
Players like Simon Silwimba, Fackson Kapumbu (Zesco United), John Ching’andu (Zesco United FC), Augustine Mulenga (Zanaco), missed out from Monday’s session due to club engagements. However, the foreign-based players will be expected to join the camp on Sunday ahead of the must win encounter that will be held in Uyo.
Goalkeepers: Toaster Nsabata (Zanaco), Allan Chibwe (Power Dynamos), Kelvin Malunga (Nkana FC).
