Three suspects in Police net for vandalizing MTN Mast

Three men are now in Police net in Ogun for allegedly vandalizing the Mast of Telecommunication giant, MTN at Ode-Remo in Remo North Local Government area of the State.
Spokesman of the state Police command, Abimbola Oyeyemi who made this known said the suspects, Balogun Lukman, a resident of number 3 K&S street, Ikotun, Lagos, Sunday Kayode, a resident of Isheri Compound Lagos and Atanda Abiodun of Number 25 Egbeda/Akowonjo Road, Bakery bus-stop Lagos were arrested by Police patrol team of Ishara Division led by the Divisional Police Officer, Ysusf Taiwo.
Oyeyemi said the suspects who came with a Ford bus, marked OYO NRK-842-XA, were sighted at the Mast around 2:00am with the vandalized parts of the mast, which according to him include three heavy duty batteries and small cutters.
He added that on sighting the Policemen, the suspects took to their heels, they were pursued and arrested by the Policemen while two of them escaped.
The state Police commissioner, Ahmed Iliyasu according to him has ordered a full scale investigation into the case with the view of arresting the escaped suspects and charging the suspects to court as soon as possible.
